WHY IS OUR INTERVENTION NEEDED?

Uganda has the second youngest population in the world.

78% of Uganda’s population is under the age of 35, which means the country’s future is in the hands of its youth. However, many young people face overwhelming challenges that threaten their opportunities to build a better life:

Annual Ubuntu Sports Festival

The Ubuntu Sports Festival is a celebration of Ugandan culture, love, humanity, community, and the environment.

The festival is guided by the belief: "I am because we are", emphasising the importance of humanity, respect, dignity, and recognising the value of each person and community.
